Did you know that each household in Taylor County that has an active garbage pickup can dispose of 1,000 lbs. of waste each year for FREE!  Your disposals should be taken to Waste Connection at 106 Dale Street.  Depending where you live qualifies you for this service. 

• City residents must take their most recent water bill.
• County residents, if you already have service with Waste Connections then you're set.  Just make sure to mention you are taking advantage of your free voucher before getting on the scales!

If you have already used your free voucher for the year and have more waste to dispose of, you may come by the County Judge Executive's office at 203 North Court Street to obtain a Waste Disposal Voucher for a discounted rate of $15.00 before taking it to Waste Connections.
